  • Transfers & Accommodation

    Transfers are included from Umeå Airport to your accommodation.

    You will be staying in the Jådåt Adventure winter training venue, called Allégården, in the picturesque remote Northern Swedish village of Bygdeträsk.

  • Food & Nutrition

    When in the accommodation you will enjoy full board traditional Swedish meals, hot drinks, and Fika.

    All of the expedition rations are also provided, which will fuel your adventure in the cold. We’ll work out your energy requirements when you arrive.

  • Equipment

    Your expedition equipment has been purposely selected by our experienced instructors to ensure your warmth, safety, and enjoyment.

    We provide you with a full sleeping system, skis & poles, tent, cooking equipment, and essential safety equipment.
